I am a fluently bilingual member of the Association for Coaching, a Prosci™ Change Manager, an IAF-Certified™ Facilitator, and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). I put my research into practice by serving as an executive coach with federal Canadian government departments and as an instructor in the School of Business at St. Lawrence College.
